Cleaning & Bio Incident Policy

Cleaning Fee
$250
Flat cleaning fee for qualifying incidents
This fee may be charged for incidents including:
⚠ Vomiting or bodily fluids
⚠ Excessive spills or mess
⚠ Interior damage to the vehicle
Documentation
Driver reports and photographs may be used as documentation of any incident. The driver will document the condition of the vehicle and the nature of the incident at the time it occurs.
Passenger Responsibility
The booking customer is responsible for all passengers in their group. If any passenger in your booking causes a cleaning incident, the cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for the booking.
Additional Repair Costs
If damages exceed the flat cleaning fee (e.g., torn upholstery, broken fixtures, structural damage), additional repair costs may apply. You will be notified of any additional charges before they are processed.
Prevention
We ask all passengers to help keep our vehicles clean and in good condition. If you feel unwell during a trip, please notify the driver immediately so we can assist you.
