Cleaning & Bio Incident Policy

We maintain clean, comfortable buses for every passenger. Here is what to expect regarding cleaning fees and individual responsibility.

Standard Cleaning

Standard cleaning between trips is always included at no additional cost. You are never charged for normal wear and tear from your ride.

Our buses are professionally cleaned and inspected before every trip. Normal dirt from footwear, condensation, or typical passenger use does not result in any charge.

Cleaning Fee Policy

Up to $250

Amount determined by severity — minor incidents may be assessed less

A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed for incidents including:

Vomiting or bodily fluids
Excessive spills or mess requiring professional cleaning
Interior damage to the vehicle

The fee amount is determined by the severity of the incident. A minor spill or mess may result in a lower fee, while a biological incident or damage requiring professional cleaning may be assessed up to the full $250.

Driver Authority

The driver has final authority on documenting incidents and determining whether a cleaning fee applies, and in what amount.

The driver documents any incidents with photos and a written report at the time they occur. This documentation is used to determine the appropriate fee, if any.

Your Responsibility

You are only responsible for your own actions. You are never charged for another passenger's mess.

🧑 Individual seat bookings (Crowd Activation)

Each passenger is individually responsible for their own conduct and any incidents they cause. A cleaning fee applies only to the passenger responsible.

👫 Group bookings

When one customer books multiple seats for a group, the booking customer is responsible for all passengers in their group.

How It Works

1. Driver documents any incident with photos and a written report
2. Driver determines whether a cleaning fee applies and the amount (up to $250)
3. If a fee applies, it is charged to the card on file for the responsible passenger
4. The fee covers professional cleaning costs and vehicle downtime
5. Additional repair costs may apply if damages significantly exceed normal cleaning

Your Rights — Disputing a Fee

You may dispute a cleaning fee by contacting us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the driver's documentation and respond within 48 hours.
